If the SEC advisor has a composite, when is it ok to show a representative account along with the fund's composite performance?  How do you prevent cherrypicking in choosing the "representative account."

there are certain disclsoures that would be required when showing representative account information that are intended to provide more transparency and eliminate the issue of cherry picking. Please contact me or your compliance consultant for more information on rep accounts and what is considered best practice.
